                                   Update July 12th, 2008

All,
I am officially closing down my shop and selling off my entire inventory of WW2 fixed and swivel bale steel shells, restoration parts and pieces, thousands of yards of khaki 03 single weave HBT suspension webbing, hundreds of yards of  chinstrap webbing, khaki A-yoke webbing, thousands and thousands of liner rivets, rivet setting press and dies, enough ground cork to literally last a lifetime, 1940's era lead based paints for insignia, and much, much more. This stuff will all be posted first on my website in the next week or so. Depending on how it moves, I will then be posting it on e-bay. Once it’s all gone, my website will shut down and I will make no more helmets.

I've been doing this for ten years now and just can’t juggle the responsibilities of family, career and helmets any longer. This isn’t a fire sale, and I'm not going to give this stuff away for nothing, but I'm not going to rape anybody, either. I'll be asking fair market prices, so if anyone is interested pre-ebay posting, feel free to e-mail me with a reasonable offer or inquire about all or part of the items. Shipping won’t be cheap if you buy in bulk, so if you’re able to pick it up in person in Reno, Nevada, you can save a couple hundred bucks on shipping costs. All sales are final. I can provide a detailed listing of what is available to anybody who has a serious interest. This is a tough time for me personally, so I humbly ask that no one waste my time with "tire-kicking".

It saddens me to do this, and given the choice I would rather continue to serve the re-enacting and collecting communities, but I need to prioritize my life. Thank you all for your past patronage. It’s the re-enacting and collecting community that has afforded me the reputation for excellence and un-paralleled authenticity that I have enjoyed these past ten years.
